Manage daily operations and scheduling of tanker trucks and drivers.
Coordinate tanker truck movements, deliveries, loading, and unloading activities.
Monitor vehicle utilization, route planning, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
Ensure all tanker trucks comply with UAE traffic regulations, transport requirements, and applicable safety standards.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, registration, and insurance renewals.
Supervise drivers, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, terminals, and relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate records of trips, delivery documents, vehicle expenses, and operational reports.
Handle transportation issues, delays, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe handling and transportation procedures for petroleum products.
Proven experience in transportation or fleet management, preferably managing tanker trucks in the UAE.
Experience in the oil and gas, petroleum, or fuel transportation industry is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE transport regulations, road safety, and tanker operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage drivers, vehicle schedules, maintenance, and operational costs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation or fleet management systems.
A valid UAE driving license
