Overview
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Warehouse Storekeeper to manage warehouse inventory and ensure proper storage, issuing, and documentation of goods. The ideal candidate will support smooth warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all stock items.
- Issue materials as per approved requests and company procedures.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and other departments.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to handle stock-related tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
