Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and updating databases to reflect current stock levels.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory movements and assist in optimizing storage space for maximum efficiency.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, showcasing familiarity with warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
