This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operations Associate role based in Sharjah. The Warehouse Operations Associate will receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring that all items are accurately recorded and safely organized in the warehouse. The role includes picking and packing customer orders according to standard operating procedures, labeling shipments, and preparing them for courier or transport pick-up. The associate will support inventory control by performing regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse system.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, following health and safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment targets and service-level expectations.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or eCommerce fulfillment operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ability to use basic warehouse tools and equipment safely (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) and follow safety and handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting and labeling, and ability to follow written processes and checklists.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory or warehouse management systems, scanners, and standard office applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages safely within reasonable weight limits, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an eCommerce, fulfillment, or storage facility in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is beneficial.

Salary: 2500 AED all included.
