Warehouse Supervisor - HFZ Plant - BCI HFZ

Responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, stock verification, and loading and unloading operations. The role ensures accurate system records, proper material storage, effective coordination with other departments, and compliance with HSE requirements and warehouse procedures.

• Supervise the receipt of shipments and prepare receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports when required.
• Coordinate the movement of inventory to designated storage locations manually or through mechanical equipment, including forklifts.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Ensure items received by the warehouse are delivered to the appropriate department.
• Follow up on complaints related to delivered supplies and take appropriate action.
• Perform weekly physical stock verification against LEAN or the company ERP system for critical items.
• Ensure materials are stored in accordance with the approved zoning SOP.
• Enter and update required warehouse data in LEAN.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and support proper inventory control.

• Assist in training and developing warehouse staff.
• Guide warehouse personnel on proper operational and storage practices.
• Support effective coordination between the warehouse and other departments.
• Follow up on daily warehouse activities and operational requirements.
• Support a strong safety culture by ensuring employees comply with HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Use and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment and safety tools while performing assigned tasks.
• Ensure warehouse and operational areas are kept clean, organized, and free from avoidable safety risks.
• Report unsafe acts, incidents, risks, and safety violations to the concerned manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or warehouse supervision.
• Experience with in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, stock verification, and loading and unloading activities.
• Experience supervising forklift and material-handling activities.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems; experience with LEAN is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures and safe warehouse practices.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
