Inventory control on a.) Raw material b.) Finished Goods c.) Consumables.
Confirmation of all import materials.
Arranging activities for out sourcing for plating if there is such a need or not available in – house.
Handling of Local purchase materials and arranging inspection through Quality.
Storage of Rejected Incoming materials and follow up with Purchase for disposition.
Container planning.
Coordinate Packing and dispatch.
Practicing (First In – First Out) FIFO in material movement.
Coordinating with functional team in assisting marketing for customer complaint redressal.
Adherence to delivery commitment.
Identify training needs for the departmental personnel.
Arranging packing resources as per customer’s requirement / dispatch plan.
Coordinate with Planner
-PPC for packing and Dispatch.Coordinate with Stores Assistant for maintaining stocks and issues of goods.
Maintain 5’S and Housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
Addressing Risks & Opportunities for Internal and external issues relevant to QMS and interested parties.
Maintain all records.
ERP knowledge will be an additional advantage.
