Physical Stock AuditingConduct weekly and monthly cycle counts and quarterly full physical inventory audits alongside corporate finance auditors
Scrap Surplus ManagementSegregate scrap materials maintain scrap disposal records and identify surplus stocks for transfer to other company projects
Store Safety SecurityEnforce strict security fire prevention and housekeeping standards across the warehouse and laydown yards
Essential QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years experience in construction site warehouse management.
Preferred QualificationsCertification in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management; proficiency in SAP MM or Oracle ERP.
Professional Licenses / CertificationsValid UAE Driving License preferred.
Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience5–8 years in construction warehouse management with Tier-1 UAE civil contractors managing multi-million dirham inventories.
