Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor | Paint Manufacturing | UAE

Our client is a paint manufacturer in the UAE. They’re looking for a Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor to run their finished goods warehouse and get the right product out on time, safely and with accurate stock records. You will report to the Logistics Manager.

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch, making sure the right products, quantities and batches go out
• Keep WMS transactions accurate and up to date, including barcode scanning, stock locations and batch traceability
• Run cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and control damaged, ageing and near-expiry stock using FIFO/FEFO
• Enforce safe chemical storage, forklift safety, PPE use, housekeeping and clear emergency access
• Assign tasks, train the team, and track productivity, attendance and performance
• Work with Production, QC, Planning and Customer Service to meet dispatch schedules, releasing only QC-approved stock

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years as a supervisor
• Good working knowledge of WMS, ERP, inventory control and warehouse safety
• Strong leadership, good spoken and written English, and solid Excel skills
• Experience in paint, coatings or chemical manufacturing is preferred
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred

How success is measured Inventory accuracy, picking and dispatch accuracy, on-time dispatch, WMS compliance, keeping damage and expiry losses low, team productivity and safety compliance.
