• Handle weekend inquiries and walk families through the admissions process
• Coordinate with nursing, rehab, and admin teams to confirm clinical eligibility
• Complete admission paperwork and gather all required documentation
• Keep communication smooth with hospitals, families, and facility staff
• Represent the facility with professionalism, good energy, and compassion

• Experience with admissions in a healthcare or LTC setting (big plus)
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle busy weekends
