We are currently seeking an energetic and customer‑oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. • Customer Management & Service:
• Provide detailed information to customers about our various product lines and services.
• Supply necessary technical and marketing materials to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Generate and process orders via phone or email.
• Process order adjustments as needed and ensure that orders are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
• Customer Support & Complaint Resolution:
• Handle customer complaints and claims, providing timely, efficient, and effective solutions to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Quote pricing and offer solutions based on customer needs.
• Assist the Inside Sales team, Outside Sales Representatives, and other departments like Logistics and Dispatch with any issues or inquiries that arise.
• Work collaboratively with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with other departments.

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of SPRUCE ERP software is a plus but not required.
