We are seeking experienced
Mortgage Originators in MA to join our lending team based in Sharon, MA. Washington Trust offers our mortgage professionals a comprehensive product menu, an expansive portfolio lending program and rapid turn‑around from a great Operations team, which truly differentiates us from the competition.

We are looking for independent, dynamic, and energetic sales‑oriented professionals. Mortgage Loan Originators need proficient mortgage industry knowledge in order to originate loans and develop realtor and business contacts. This position is focused on outside sales and may be located in MA, NH, RI or CT.

• Outside sales mortgage origination experience with a proven record of developing networks, attracting new clients, and sales delivery.
• In‑depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and guidelines
• Ability to grow through referral networks to a minimum average monthly production goal of $1M
• Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
• Excellent marketing skills a plus
  - Market to realtors, builders, referral partners
• NMLS registration
