CNA​/Caregiver – In-Home Support

Mature Caregivers is a trusted in-home care company that hires experienced, reliable, and compassionate caregivers—many age 50+—to support seniors and adults in need. We help clients live safely and comfortably at home with services ranging from companionship to 24/7 care.

Position Summary
Mature Caregivers is actively hiring experienced Caregivers to assist our elderly clients with their activities of daily living. Duties typically include bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, medication reminders, mobility assistance/supervision, preparing meals, oral hygiene, and feeding clients. Caregivers also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and sometimes running errands/shopping with or for the client. Many of our clients have cognitive impairments or Dementia.

Strong preference for CNA/HHA certification but this is not a requirement. Starting pay rate is $22/hour.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility support and light transfers when needed
• Offer medication reminders and monitor overall well-being
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation to support daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Observe and report changes in client’s condition to the care team/family

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent caregiving experience required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to assist with mobility or light lifting
