Care One – Receptionist (Sharon, MA)
Position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $15.50, based on experience, qualifications, and shift differential.
Job DescriptionBalance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity in Assisted Living.
Responsibilities- Answer and route all incoming calls with high level professionalism
- Greet visitors
- Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform support for all departments
- Perform data entry work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Superior interpersonal, communication skills and high energy
- Ability to cultivate working relationships inside and outside the facility
- Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically in the long‑term‑care industry
