SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Sharon, MA. We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers for part-time opportunities with short-hour shifts. Weekday and weekend schedules are available, including first and second shifts.

Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Able to work the agreed-upon shift schedule
