CNA​/HHA​/PCA – Evening Shifts

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently looking for CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Sharon, MA! We are seeking compassionate and trustworthy caregivers who enjoy helping others and want to make a difference through personalized in-home care. With opportunities for 20 to 40 hours per week, you can choose from a variety of shift lengths and schedules to suit your availability.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Communicate changes in client needs or condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
