. Whether you are new to Print or have experience, we provide growth opportunities and cross‑training in different functions of our Digital Print Facility. This is not a role in a Staples store; our dedicated Print Facilities handle large print orders from our stores.

As a Print Packer/Shipper, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team supporting inbound and outbound operations of the Print Facility. Tasks include packing, stocking, quality control, and loading/unloading stock.

• Perform final inspection of printed products prior to packing to ensure accuracy
• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage
• Identify and dispose of defective items
• Keep complete records of all materials and printed products
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines regarding packaging
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean work area
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., stock replenishments, serve as back‑up driver)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task; sound organizational skills
• Ability to use basic shop tools, identify problems and address them proactively
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members
• Ability to maneuver, lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 70 pounds regularly, and to stand, kneel, crouch, and walk continuously
