Job Description- Work from engineering drawings and documented work instructions to produce components according to established specifications.
- Assist with standard machine set‑ups and help maintain stable operating conditions.
- Monitor production and make basic machine or tooling adjustments to support quality and requirements for the job.
- Perform in‑process inspections using micrometers, verniers, leak‑check equipment, and visual assessments to verify part integrity and compliance.
- Contribute to process consistency by utilizing quantitative charting techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Use basic computer skills to complete labor transactions and other required system entries.
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant experience.

CompensationHourly Rate Range: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, with a 15% 2nd shift differential. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
