, we’re looking for a Precision Inspector who’s passionate about quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our high-performance components meet the exacting standards of industries that simply can’t afford failure—like aerospace, medical, and defense.

• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specs
• Set up and perform complex precision inspections
• Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to confirm accuracy
• Partner with engineering to develop inspection techniques
• Conduct first piece and first article inspections (AS9102)
• Help identify root causes and support process improvement
• Operate CMMs, Optical Comparators, Micrometers, Verniers, Drop Indicators, Height Gages, and other precision inspection tools to inspect machine components

• Expertise in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning
• Hands‑on experience with inspection tools and CMMs
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to read complex drawings
• Team‑first attitude and clear communication skills
• Problem‑solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Hourly Rate Range: $29.00 - $34.00 plus 15% 2nd shift differential. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
