Wellesley Fresh, a division of AVI Food systems, is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead culinary operations at the Bates Culinary Center on the Wellesley College campus. The role oversees a high-volume scratch kitchen and a team of approximately 35 union employees.
The ideal candidate will have a formal culinary background, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and familiarity with dietary accommodations, menu development, and production planning.
