Job DescriptionSeeking an organized, detail-oriented AR Specialist – Compliance Coordinator to support billing, accounts receivable, and project compliance for a growing construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly progress billings accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and update billing and collection statuses.
- Collect lien waivers and manage compliance documentation.
- Track lien deadlines and research state-specific lien requirements.
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Support accounting and operations teams while identifying process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
