Multi‑disciplinary design firm serving Greater Cincinnati. Architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors collaborate to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.

Lead civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and construction documentation for roads, parking areas, storm drainage systems, utilities, sanitary sewers, and erosion control. Oversee project compliance, schedule, and budget.

• Analyze project data, soils, terrain, and hydrological characteristics to plan and design civil projects.
• Develop schematic design information and coordinate with design team to produce construction documents.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and quality goals in collaboration with staff and local review agencies.
• Provide technical leadership, value engineering, and mentor junior team members.
• Attend construction meetings, produce site observation reports, and support business development.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering registration with the State of Ohio.
• Minimum seven years of experience in land development engineering.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in civil design software and spreadsheet calculations.
