Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending

Base pay range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

• Generate prospective mortgage loan clients
• Analyze client mortgage needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products
• Learn and maintain knowledge of available mortgage lending products
• Collect required documentation from borrowers to successfully complete the loan approval process
• Manage the loan pipeline from origination through approval and closing
• Maintain a high level of customer service and provide timely updates throughout the loan process
• Effectively develop and work a referral network to grow a portfolio of customers

• Established NMLS license preferred
• Minimum of 1+ year of current Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Trustworthy and dependable
