Our Sharonville Day Program is seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to help create a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for participants.

If you’re passionate about helping others and want a stable weekday schedule, this is the perfect opportunity.

• Provide personal care, grooming assistance, and mobility support
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants
• Lead and assist with sensory, recreational, and social activities
• Ensure safety, dignity, and well-being at all times
• Accurately document daily care and participant progress

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
• Current car insurance
