Physical Therapist (Part-Time, 20–24 hrs/week)

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Habilitation, and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Assess and support residents with range-of-motion, orthotics, braces, and adaptive equipment.
• Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and develop resident-specific goals.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on therapy techniques and equipment.
• Support post-surgical care and monitor therapy outcomes.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy;
  Ohio PT license required.
• CPR and First Aid certified; valid driver’s license.
• Experience with individuals with severe/profound developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
