• Provide individualized respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams to support holistic resident care.
• Monitor and manage respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, and airway clearance devices.
• Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and help develop resident-specific respiratory goals.
• Train and support staff on respiratory care techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Support post-hospitalization respiratory needs and track outcomes to ensure effective care.

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in the state of Ohio.
• CPR and First Aid certification; valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with individuals with severe or profound developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• A flexible, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Part-time schedule on 3rd shift (overnights).
