We are seeking three Configuration Analyst contractors to join our Ohio field operations. This role functions as advanced deskside support with light network engineering.

• Test, refurbish, and upgrade hardware and software on field devices
• Collaborate with Facilities to prepare and return equipment into the field
• Accurately log test results and updates in internal databases
• Maintain consistent onsite attendance and follow scheduled break times
• Work effectively in a shared/open workspace environment

• Experience in deskside/technical support
• Basic network engineering or device configuration skills
• Strong attention to detail and low-error data entry
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work onsite daily
