Operations Management Trainee (OMT) – Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Sharonville, OH
Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Compensation: $55,000 annually, paid weekly
Essential Functions- Provide quality customer interface, proactive management, issue resolution, and satisfaction
- Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers
- Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction
- Manage running costs and maintenance overhead, ensuring policy and processes are followed
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
- Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution experience (Preferred)
- Advanced PC skills (excel, word);
Required - Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics (Beginner);
