Operations Management Trainee (OMT) – Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Sharonville, OH

Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Compensation: $55,000 annually, paid weekly

Essential Functions
  • Provide quality customer interface, proactive management, issue resolution, and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers
  • Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overhead, ensuring policy and processes are followed
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
Additional Responsibilities
  • Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution experience (Preferred)
  • Advanced PC skills (excel, word);

  • Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics (Beginner);
