CNC Programmer - Direct Hire | First Shift | Sharonville, OH
This is a steady, full-time, first-shift role in a family-owned, fully air-conditioned job shop. Currently seeking skilled and experienced CNC machinists for both our lathe and vertical milling departments. This is a direct hire position meaning you will work directly for the company not through our agency.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprint designs
- Set up machinery for production
- Machine parts to blueprint specifications
- Verify calculations before machine setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Enter relevant codes for CNC toolpath
- 3–5+ years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist (not just operator).
- Proficiency in running lathes and/or vertical milling machines
- Familiar with 3 and 4 axis milling as well as FANUC controls
- Ability to edit G&M codes
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN CNC programming, setup, and operation experience
- Proficient in computer and information systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of metal machinery and mechanics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret 3D drawings
Mon-Friday 6am-2:30pm, OT possible on Saturdays
Pay$25-35/hr based on experience
