CNC Programmer - Direct Hire | First Shift | Sharonville, OH

This is a steady, full-time, first-shift role in a family-owned, fully air-conditioned job shop. Currently seeking skilled and experienced CNC machinists for both our lathe and vertical milling departments. This is a direct hire position meaning you will work directly for the company not through our agency.

• Read and interpret blueprint designs
• Set up machinery for production
• Machine parts to blueprint specifications
• Verify calculations before machine setup
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Enter relevant codes for CNC toolpath

• 3–5+ years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist (not just operator).
• Proficiency in running lathes and/or vertical milling machines
• Familiar with 3 and 4 axis milling as well as FANUC controls
• Ability to edit G&M codes
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN CNC programming, setup, and operation experience
• Proficient in computer and information systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of metal machinery and mechanics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret 3D drawings

Mon-Friday 6am-2:30pm, OT possible on Saturdays

$25-35/hr based on experience
