The production workeris responsible for preparing the blends required to manufacture food flavorsin accordance with established instructions and formulas. The worker alsoparticipatesin packaging and labeling finished products.

In carrying out these duties, the workermaintainscleanliness and order in production areas while strictly complying with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and applicable quality, health, and safety standards, including HACCP and SQF requirements.

The production worker must record information related to the formulas used and report any irregularities detected during product weighing and blending operations to management and/or the Quality Assurance department.

• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, basic repairs, and preventive-maintenance tasks on production/facility equipment.
• Respond to routine maintenance calls and safely diagnose basic mechanical issues.
• Use hand and power tools and basic measuring/test equipment according to training.
• Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and shift documentation accurately.
• Follow lockout/tagout, electrical safety, GMP, OSHA, and site safety requirements.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand/power tools safely.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, equipment manuals, and simple diagrams.
• Ability to work from heights or in physically demanding positions as required by the facility.
• Technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
