Consistent Schedule
- Work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Includes a holiday rotation
- Enjoy a variety of responsibilities in both residential and day program environments
- Pay based on experience and licensure
Position Schedule & Locations
Monday, Tuesday & WednesdayIntermediate Care Facility (ICF)
- 6:00 AM — 9:30 AM
- 3:00 PM — 6:00 PM
- 9:30 AM — 3:00 PM
In this hybrid role, you will provide nursing oversight, medication administration, health monitoring, and individualized support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
What You Need- Current Ohio RN or LPN license
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple service locations
- Trach/vent experience preferred (not required, we’ll train you)
- A genuine passion for compassionate, person-centered care
