Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting automotive parts and components to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This position involves identifying defects, measuring parts, documenting inspection results, and helping maintain a safe, efficient production environment.

• Inspect automotive parts and components for defects, damage, and inconsistencies.
• Perform visual inspections and use basic measuring tools as required.
• Verify parts meet quality standards, specifications, and production requirements.
• Identify, label, and separate defective or nonconforming products.
• Record inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality-control processes.
• Work with production teams to address quality issues and prevent defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, automotive, or quality inspection experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift materials as required by the specific assignment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
