Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor – Part Time

Location:

Sharonville, OH (Saint Joe’s Residential Program)

Schedule:

Every Other Friday and Every Other Weekend, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM (24 hrs/week)

Part‑time, purpose‑driven work with growth opportunities.

• Providing compassionate, person‑centered support to individuals in a residential setting
• Leading, mentoring, and training DSPs, Leads, and volunteers
• Assisting with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations
• Ensuring all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time
• Delegating tasks and maintaining smooth operations during your shift
• Supporting residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
• Maintaining documentation and upholding agency policies
• Promoting a safe, supportive, and home‑like environment

• 18 + years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 + year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
• 1 + year of leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and proof of insurance
• Willingness to drive agency vehicles
• Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
• CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
