Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Dental Assistant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
- 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate (required by California Dental Board)
- California Dental Practice Act Certificate
- Proof of current immunizations and TB screening
- Fluency in another language is a strong plus
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with dental terminology, and procedures
- Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role
Your Role in Action
- This position is split between our Enterprise, CA and Shasta Lake, CA locations. Candidate must be able to commute to both and have reliable transportation.
- Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platform
- Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions
- Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
