Purpose of the Position:
Provide support in all areas of the administrative offices at World Wide Sign Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and enter information with high accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of finance and personnel matters.
  • Create spreadsheets with formulas.
  • Handle phone and email communications efficiently.
  • Operate office equipment (fax, calculator, copier, printer, postage).
  • Assist with administrative support tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain an organized, high-quality work environment.
  • Meet with other staff and customers regularly.
Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Proficiency in Windows software.
  • Basic accounting and spreadsheet concepts.
  • Office procedures and equipment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, phone, and written communication skills.

Qualifications
