Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
Froedtert Theda Care , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Shawano, WI location. Practice Highlights :

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of 8 physicians and 9 APCs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours : S 8:00a-4:00p, M-F 7:00a-7:00p, S 8:00a-4:00p

Call Rotation :
Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. Theda Care On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
