NP​/PA - Family Medicine - Shawano​/Clintonville, WI

Theda Care Froedtert Health, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Shawano and Clintonville, WI locations. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality driven provider team.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-time opportunity to practice outpatient-based Family Medicine with procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of 7 physicians and 9 APCs in Shawano and 4 physicians and 4 APCs in Clintonville
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Hours:

• Shawano: S 8:00a-4:00p, M-F 7:00a-7:00p, S 8:00a-4:00p
• Clintonville: M 7:00a-5:00p, T&W 8:00a-5:00p, Th 7:00a-5:00p, F 8:00a-5:00p

Call Rotation: 3 beeper call weekends per year answering urgent patient calls and 3-4 walk-in clinic weekends per year, often combined with the beeper call
