Job Overview
Morning Hours – Personal Care Worker at Community Horizons
Community Horizons is looking for a reliable caregiver to support a member in their home during the morning.
Position is part‑time, Monday‑Friday 2–3 hours per day, Saturday/Sunday 1.5 hours per day.
Location:
Shawano, WI.
- Assist member with pivot transfers and shower assistance.
- Support dressing, toileting, and daily hygiene routine.
- Provide catheter care assistance as needed.
- Help prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Dependable and easy‑going personality.
- Seeking long‑term employment with reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
Starting wage: $16.38 per hour.
Eligible for community care benefits per company policy.
