Belmark is seeking individuals to join our team at our Flexible Packaging plant in Shawano, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our top-of-the-line packaging equipment to help provide customers with the best packaging solutions for their product. Schedule and Pay:

• Starting pay from $23.20 per hour
• Schedule of 3 consecutive days on and 4 consecutive days off
  • 2nd Shift 4:00 P.M.
    
    - 4:00 A.M.
  • $2.00 shift differential
• 12-hour shifts with consistent hours (NOT a swing shift)

Position Highlights

• Set-up machines, make machine adjustments and stage materials when needed
• Ensure top quality during runs, perform quality assurance testing, data collection and administrative functions
• Inspect printed film for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork
• Pay close attention to detail, utilize problem solving skills
• Work within a team environment
• Ability to help out in other departments as needed

Position Requirements

• Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school
• Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language
• Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers
• Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime
