Salary Range: $23.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Woodport Doors is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Production Team Member

• Assist Machine Operators with machine setup and operation.
• Load and unload product and help assemble and craft doors.
• Move doors through each stage of the manufacturing process.
• Read and follow production schedules.
• Gather materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform quality checks to make sure specifications are met.
• Control waste and look for ways to improve.
• Record downtime and production information.
• Cross-train and help in other areas of the plant as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

• No experience required — manufacturing or wood industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and/or caliper and work with fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to working safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 or older.
