- 2nd Shift: 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM
Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)
Pay: $19.00/hour
We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Operators to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating machinery, packaging finished goods, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment
- Set up extrusion lines and produce high-quality products
- Package and label finished goods
- Perform quality checks and record production data
- Follow customer order sheets and packaging specifications
- Read and understand special instructions in English
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist other operators as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and meet productivity goals
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and write in English for documentation
- Must be reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform essential job functions
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
