Registered Nurse (RN) - Full‑Time All Shifts

. This position offers wages starting up to $50.75 per hour based on shift and experience.

Summary of Position: Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area, maintains a safe environment, and supervises nursing assistant activities. The RN follows North Shore’s policies, procedures, the State Nurse Practice Act, and relevant JCAHO standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must maintain current CPR certification
• Proficient with necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
• Ability to calculate drug dosage accurately
• Meets all health requirements imposed by law
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff
• Fluent in English, with reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous post‑acute care experience preferred
