Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team in Wisconsin. The role works under RN supervision to support patient care, administer medications, and participate in daily nursing operations within a health care unit and housing settings.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current LPN licensure in the state, and CPR certification. Clinic experience is preferred, and the position is available to residents of the United States.
