** What you'll do:
*** Problem solve, troubleshoot, modify, adjust, and correct electromechanical issues and equipment.
* Perform regular and preventative maintenance (PMs) on electromechanical equipment.
* Perform inspections daily to determine startup problems.
* Verify part dimensions conform to provided specifications.
* Repair and calibrate pneumatic assemblies
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems.
* Diagnose issues with sophisticated control systems and employ tactics to resolve them effectively.
* Maintain knowledge of drawings, blueprints, schematics, and inspection manuals.
* Fabricate replacements for temporary fixes.
* Maintain parts and equipment inventory by properly checking parts in and out of the CMMS.
* Support Electromechanical Technician I team members in the execution of the electromechanical technician learning program.
* Actively provide improvement ideas to the electromechanical technician learning program.
* Ensure all control systems of the production lines are operating according to procedures and minimize production down time.
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot facility HVAC systems.
* Update wiring on systems, equipment, machines, and other apparatus.  Wire new systems, equipment, machines, and other apparatus.
* Ensure all electromechanical systems, equipment, machines, and other apparatus are safe for operation.
* Utilize lean principles and tools to troubleshoot, countermeasure, and improve processes and equipment.
* Follow all plant safety rules; including locking out of all plant equipment so that it is safe to work on; use safety equipment appropriate for the job; be aware of the safety of others.
