Kobussen Buses is a third‑generation, family‑owned school bus transportation company with over 1,100 employees across Wisconsin. We take pride in delivering safe, reliable transportation to schools and communities while fostering a strong, team‑oriented work environment.

• Operate a school bus safely and effectively to transport students on assigned routes.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of the bus.
• Ensure student safety and enforce bus rules fairly and consistently.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the maintenance team and dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school officials.
• Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations and policies.

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license for at least the last 3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with S and P endorsements (training provided).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet the physical demands of the role.
