* + Administers practice policies and procedures consistently and timely.

+ Ensures financial performance of practices by maintaining budget expectations and accounting for variances.

+ Coordinates functions of assigned practices including information systems, accounting, HR, payroll, materials management, engineering, and support services.

+ Compiles statistics for practices, including patient encounters.

+ Develops and updates personnel policies.

+ Manages functions of physician practices including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.

+ Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

+ Evaluates subordinates' performance and recommends personnel actions.

+ Assists supervisory personnel with merit increases, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.

+ Screens, interviews, and hires qualified applicants.

+ Designs, recommends, implements, and assists in orientation programs.

+ Maintains accurate personnel records for all staff.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* + Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements. [Required]

+ Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [Required]

+ Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement [Preferred]
