We are a fast growing general contractor in the Kansas City area that has built a team of some of the best in business. We pride ourselves on our commitment to valuing the relationships we mold with our clients and customers. We have built a wide range of projects throughout our history, but our main focus has been on commercial, education, healthcare, and multifamily construction.

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand expectations and work efficiently.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory, while ensuring the procurement processes are efficient and cost‑effective.
• Review work progress daily and conduct regular site inspections.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, and present them to stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks, and implement quality control programs.
• Lead and manage the project team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contract negotiations and procurement processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project goals.
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software packages.
