As a central coordinator for Metro Air’s HVAC and Plumbing service operations, the Service Dispatcher helps ensure customers receive timely, professional service while keeping field operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, prioritize requests, and dispatch technicians.
• Create, manage, and audit work orders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to keep service operations running smoothly.
• Track parts and materials, coordinate deliveries, and process purchase orders.
• Maintain customer, equipment, and maintenance records, including recurring service schedules.
• Monitor technician assignments, service reports, and completed work for accuracy.
• Address customer concerns and support technicians with field service software and fleet-related issues.
• Assist with payroll reviews, process customer payments, and support accounts receivable collections.
