Schedule: Full Time

Shift: 40 Hours per week, 7AM - 530PM, four 10-hour shifts, rotating call, rotating holidays

The Radiological Technologist performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner (Radiologist/Surgeon). Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedure(s).

• Maintains all the essential job functions of the Diagnostic Technologist.
• Rotates on-call status.
• Performs radiographic/imaging procedures.
• Assists licensed practitioner with fluoroscopic and specialized Interventional radiography procedures.
• Verifies informed consent for and assists a licensed practitioner with Interventional procedures.

• Associate or Graduate of a Technical School Required
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support obtained through the American Heart Association Required
• Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) Upon Hire Required
