LIHTC and Affordable Housing Insurance ExpertA highly skilled insurance and risk management professional with extensive expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, affordable housing programs, and insurance compliance requirements. Combines deep knowledge of multifamily real estate operations, asset management, regulatory compliance, lender and investor expectations, and property insurance programs to deliver comprehensive risk management solutions across affordable housing portfolios.

Recognized for bridging the gap between the affordable housing and insurance industries by translating complex insurance concepts into practical business and operational impacts for asset managers, developers, property owners, syndicators, lenders, and housing agencies. Equally adept at communicating LIHTC operational realities, regulatory requirements, and portfolio risks to insurance carriers, brokers, underwriters, and risk management professionals.
