Assistant General Manager – Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness)

The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in promoting an environment of diversity and acceptance while creating a warm, welcoming environment for members. The AMG serves as an extension of the General Manager and presides over the operation when the General Manager is absent. The AMG maintains a culture that provides members with a second‑to‑none experience and offers a work environment where team members can thrive.

Demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company‑wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the CRUNCH brand.

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies.
• Assist the General Manager to communicate and implement company policies and procedures.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Take decisive action when required.
• Proactively recruit, interview, and hire talented team members.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Work with the team to achieve desired revenue targets as measured through KPIs.
• Ensure proper tracking of leads.
• Emphasize staff involvement in the community and partner with local businesses.

• Support personnel‑related problems or difficulties following company procedures and documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints expeditiously and tactfully according to company procedures.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service.
• Ensure the facility meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Report and facilitate repair of malfunctioning equipment.
• Assist in payroll processing, submission, and approval.

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Eligible to work in the United States under state and federal law, with eligibility maintained throughout employment.
